The copper bar highlights and pressed ceiling are amazing! The space is really looking quite fantastic and (for someone just entering the design phase for a new space) inspiring.

And, for the opening date, we don't quite have one yet. But we're looking at the Sept. 8-15 range, perhaps a couple days later, but somewhere around then. See you then!

Ok...missed another deadline. Passed our health inspection and all the other ones as well, and we're doing interviews this weekend. Plenty of great coffee has been roasted, and we're playing with the equipment....but looking like early october now...

I want to be a barista. I bought a three group machine- I am doing a little reconditioning... want to open an espresso shop in Muhlenberg County... will have fresh juices too.
Wha'dya think? Are you going to be an industry supplier?
